About the role

  • Business Analyst at Satori Analytics involved in understanding business needs and driving project delivery. Collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable tasks and ensure project success.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the business: Work closely with client stakeholders to understand context, goals, and pain points — and challenge assumptions when needed.
  • Translate into action: Turn business requirements into clear user stories and specifications that technical teams can implement.
  • Align teams: Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, Data Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clarity and feasibility.
  • Drive delivery: Support project planning, track progress, identify risks, and help ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Communicate clearly: Keep clients informed about progress, challenges, and next steps — even when things get complex.
  • Map the landscape: Analyze current processes, data flows, and system architecture to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Measure success: Define KPIs and success criteria, track impact, and report results.
  • Lead agile routines: Participate in (and when needed, facilitate) stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Support growth: Contribute to documentation, training material, and knowledge sharing across the team.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in the technology sector, ideally in consulting or client-facing delivery roles.
  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and Greek, with strong written and presentation skills.
  • Practical understanding of data ecosystems (databases, data warehousing, analytics, cloud environments).
  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/Lean); exposure to Waterfall is a plus.
  • Previous hands-on experience delivering tech/data/analytics projects for clients.
  • Exposure to Data Governance frameworks is considered a plus.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and hybrid work model – come hang out in our Athens office or work remotely from anywhere in European economic Area (EU, Switzerland etc.) or UK (up to 6 weeks per year).
  • Training budget to level up your skills from the top tech partners in the market (Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce, Databricks etc.) – whether it’s certifications or courses, we’ve got you covered.
  • Private insurance, top-tier tech gear, and the chance to work with a stellar crew.
