About the role
- Full Stack Software Engineer at an AI startup building innovative tools for the banking industry. Collaborating closely with sales to enhance workflows and drive GTM initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance highly scalable internal portals and tools to enable and improve our GTM initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and other internal teams to uncover use cases and build towards a stronger GTM strategy
- Own project timelines by managing priorities and delivering high-quality features.
- Participate and foster best practices including code reviews, testing, documentation, etc.
Requirements
- Demonstrated backend/fullstack engineering experience, ideally in SaaS in high-impact projects
- Deep experience with Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI), Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong background in relational + non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, Redis)
- API design chops (REST, GraphQL), deployment know-how
- Bonus Points If You
- Have frontend skills (React, TypeScript)
- Know your way around cloud infra
- Have experience building integrations or pipelines
