About the role
- Junior SAP SD Inhouse Consultant in Düsseldorf optimizing SAP SD processes and supporting users. Engage in requirement analysis and process improvement with various departments.
Responsibilities
- Support of the SAP SD module, including assisting and training end users
- Analyze and improve existing processes in continuous collaboration with the business departments
- Elicit requirements from business units for IT projects (process analysis, consultation and documentation)
- Process design and creation of business and technical specifications
- Coordinate with development, monitor testing, and support go-live activities and roll-outs
Requirements
- Degree in (business) informatics or computer science, or completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT management assistant, IT specialist)
- Several years of professional experience, i.e., hands-on activities in customizing and supporting the SAP SD module as well as experience in project management
- Good written and spoken English
- Solution-oriented and conceptual working style, with a confident demeanor
