About the role

Responsibilities
- Advise clients on the design, development and implementation of business intelligence solutions
- Create reports and dashboards using Tableau, Dataroma (Marketing Cloud Intelligence) and Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics
- Design BI process workflows in close collaboration with internal business units and external partners
- Troubleshoot data management issues and initiate process and structural improvements
- Define and implement standards for data extraction, staging, information modeling and reporting
- Maintain and further develop applications for planning, reporting and analytics (e.g., Einstein Analytics, Tableau, Marketing Cloud)
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics (with a focus on BI/Controlling), Statistics/Data Science, or a comparable qualification
- Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of business challenges
- Experience with a mainstream BI tool, ideally Tableau CRM or Einstein Analytics
- Customer-oriented with consulting and problem-solving skills
- Team player with strong communication skills and a confident presence
