Responsibilities
- Provide high quality insights into the top prospects globally who fit Sabio’s “Ideal Customer Profile” for AI Transformation
- Identify key contacts within those prospects who are considered high value targets
- Conduct market mapping and technology stack detection
- Actively test the prospect's customer service channels through mystery shopping
- Monitor news for “trigger events” that signal a need for Sabio’s help
- Scrape and analyze review sites for customer feedback themes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AI or data-related fields
- Proficiency in using applications and tools for research (e.g., Zoominfo, Demandbase, LinkedIn)
- Experience in CX & Digital Auditing
- Strong data visualization and CRM skills (Basics of Salesforce/Dynamics 365)
- Must speak fluent English with a strong second language in French/Spanish
- Excellent analytical thinking and innovation capabilities
- Understanding of cloud migration and security
