About the role

  • Technical Specialist in Supplier Relationship Management for Sabesp managing supplier risks and contracts. Collaborating across departments to ensure compliance and performance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical reference in SRM (Supplier Relationship Management), structuring and sustaining practices for supplier relationship, evaluation and performance of strategic suppliers.
  • Manage the full supplier contract lifecycle (end-to-end), including review, monitoring, renewals, closures and governance.
  • Develop, monitor and review supplier performance KPIs (quality, service level, cost, risk, compliance).
  • Conduct supplier risk analyses considering financial, operational, regulatory, reputational and business continuity aspects.
  • Define and monitor risk mitigation plans in partnership with Procurement, Legal, Supply Chain, Compliance and business areas.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance requirements, audits and contractual and supplier governance.
  • Produce management reports and executive presentations on performance, risks and contract status for leadership and the board.
  • Work cross-functionally with areas such as Procurement, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, Compliance and Sustainability.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in SRM processes, contract management and risk controls.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
  • Deep knowledge of contract lifecycle management (CLM – Contract Lifecycle Management).
  • Strong capability to analyze supplier and supply chain risks.
  • Knowledge of KPIs and performance management applied to suppliers.
  • Experience with SRM, contract or ERP systems (SAP, Ariba, Coupa or similar – preferred).
  • Knowledge/experience with supplier evaluation programs (preferred).
  • Advanced Excel and the ability to analyze and consolidate data.
  • Experience preparing executive reports and materials for senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with compliance, internal controls and corporate governance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Law or related fields.
  • Relevant experience in supplier management and evaluation programs, strategic sourcing, contracts or supply chain.
  • Intermediate English (desired).
