Responsibilities
Create engaging employer branding content for social media
Film and edit short-form videos (office life, team moments, events, behind the scenes)
Develop employee testimonials and culture stories
Collaborate with Marketing’s brand designers to create visuals and graphics for social media posts and job ads
Support the creation of creative job advertisement content
Help maintain a consistent and attractive employer brand presence online
Contribute to the employer branding content calendar
Help plan and publish posts on social media
Monitor engagement and suggest improvements
Identify new content trends and propose creative ideas
Snap and capture fun moments from events, team activities, and behind-the-scenes life at Rydoo
Chat with teammates and turn their stories into content for our blog (Inside Rydoo) and YouTube channel
Show off our hybrid work culture, team vibes, and all the little moments that make Rydoo unique
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Marketing, Communication, Media, HR, or similar)
Available to work 16 hours per week
Passionate about content creation, social media, and storytelling
Comfortable filming and editing short-form video content
Strong communication and writing skills in English
Curious, creative, and proactive
Organized and able to manage small projects independently
