Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner in the design and execution of Learning Academies, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives;
Design, review and oversee onboarding programs, promoting an integrated and consistent experience for new hires;
Curate learning content and methodologies using multiple formats (LMS/LXP, e-learning, hybrid learning paths, workshops, microlearning, among others);
Research trends and best practices in corporate learning, continuously bringing innovation to programs;
Monitor and analyze learning metrics (participation, satisfaction, effectiveness and business impact), proposing continuous improvements;
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the quality and effectiveness of initiatives;
Support strategic organizational development projects, strengthening culture and leadership agendas.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields;
Experience managing Corporate University and Learning Academy programs;
Experience designing and delivering onboarding programs;
Project management skills applied to learning initiatives;
Knowledge of corporate learning platforms (LMS/LXP, e-learning, microlearning, gamification);
Content curation techniques and instructional design skills;
Analytical ability to monitor metrics and make data-driven decisions;
Experience managing stakeholders and vendors;
Clear, structured communication adaptable to different audiences;
Experience measuring learning effectiveness and business impact indicators;
Experience with cultural transformation projects;
Knowledge of innovative learning methodologies and market trends.
