Requirements
- Professional experience in roles as a Workday Analyst or HRIS Analyst, preferably in international or multinational contexts.
- Experience in maintenance, support, and evolution of the Workday platform.
- Solid knowledge of Workday HCM, with exposure to other modules such as Time Management, Recruitment, and Expenses.
- Experience handling Service Requests and Change Requests, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Experience in data audits, master data maintenance, mass updates, and ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Knowledge of reporting, including creating reports, calculated fields, and dashboards (valued).
- Experience with mass data loads using EIBs.
- Ability to support and resolve Level 1 support tickets.
- Experience in workflow changes and functional system improvements.
- Supporting users throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
- Good spoken and written English.
