Responsibilities

  • Implement marketing and sales measures within a defined sales territory
  • Manage merchandise planning and ordering, execute listings, and optimize product presentation
  • Independently and proactively manage assigned grocery retail and foodservice customers
  • Implement sales promotions and point-of-sale marketing activities
  • Develop and maintain new long-term customer relationships
  • Prepare for and participate in trade shows
  • Report on market developments and activities

Requirements

  • Ideally completed vocational training in business/commerce
  • Experience in sales or retail
  • Results-oriented and structured working style
  • Good communication skills with a customer- and team-oriented approach
  • High level of reliability, initiative, and commitment
  • Experience using digital tools
  • Ideally based in the Neumarkt area (Upper Palatinate)
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight within the sales territory
