About the role

Responsibilities

- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre un système de management QHSE conforme aux normes MASE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
- Évaluer et maîtriser les risques opérationnels
- Proposer et déployer des actions correctives et préventives adaptées aux chantiers de forage dirigé.
- Piloter le DUERP, suivre les obligations légales, rédiger les rapports QHSE et préparer les audits de certification.
- Former, sensibiliser et créer une culture prévention auprès des équipes.
- Organiser et suivre les audits internes et externes, piloter les plans d’action et promouvoir l’amélioration continue.
Requirements
- Formation : Bac +3 à Bac +5 en QHSE, sécurité, environnement, management des risques (Bac +2 accepté si forte expérience terrain)
- Expérience : 3 à 5 ans minimum en QHSE avec responsabilités en gestion des risques
- Connaissance des secteurs TP, forage, BTP très apprécié
- Expérience en forage dirigé serait un réel atout
- Certifications appréciées : Auditeur interne ISO, MASE, SST, ATEX, CACES encadrement, gestion des risques.
