About the role
- Legal advisor evaluating processes related to judicial insurance guarantees and providing integral service to analysts. Requires strong knowledge in civil and labor law in a hybrid model in São Paulo.
Responsibilities
- Provide full-time support to Tokio and Avla analysts to answer queries and evaluate specific cases
- Assess cases tied to judicial surety insurance policies
- Send weekly reports to clients on critical cases
- Send monthly reports for cases with administrative installment plans approved on the Regularize Portal
- Perform system registrations and case closures
- Review daily publications received, process them in the system and send reports
- Assess potential legal scenarios in situations of possible claims
- Draft procedural pleadings in defense of the Company
- Clean/maintain the Elaw database
- Participate in biweekly meetings with clients
Requirements
