About the role
- Chief Engineer leading Space Intelligence programs at Raytheon, ensuring success in technical execution and customer engagement across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Customer Recognized SME and directly involved in Proprietary customer engagements to support Program objectives.
- Support front end of the business activities, to include working with customers to understand their needs, helping to shape future work, and developing strong positive relationships with the customer community.
- Lead pursuit shaping and capture in the broader strategic business area to include Acquisition Transformation Strategy initiatives.
- Ensure program success collaborating with program management, finance, supply chain, contracts, and other functions/disciplines, consistent with the CE responsibilities.
- Review and approve program technical baselines, ensuring program phase appropriateness.
- Ensure collaboration between teams to achieve cost/schedule/performance efficiencies.
Requirements
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience with IC orchestration and/or tipping and alerting.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance is required prior to start date.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Business capture experience.
- Experience with AI/ML.
- Experience with cloud architecture.
