About the role

  • RF Electrical Engineer developing solutions for Collins Aerospace's Resilient Connectivity Products team in Aguadilla. Collaborating to create mission-critical systems, enhancing electrical engineering skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and development of transmitters, receivers, or exciters.
  • Design and optimization of RF circuits – either chains of components (receiver, exciter, etc.) or individual parts (filters, limiters, couplers, etc.).
  • Schematic capture and RF routing.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
  • Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (RF/Electronic Design Focus) preferred
  • Experience working with electronic design (school project or prior internship experience)
  • Experience or coursework in designing and verifying electronic circuit cards
  • RF, Analog and/or digital circuit analysis experience
  • Test and Lab Instrumentation (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers) experience
