Responsibilities
- Lead and develop teams responsible for pricing and margin optimisation across EMEA
- Direct pricing strategies and margin optimisation programs to improve profitability and commercial outcomes
- Represent EMEA in the Group pricing community, owning tools, processes, and initiatives
- Establish frameworks and cadence for identifying and exploiting margin opportunities using data-driven insights
- Partner with category teams to optimize procurement and cost price management
- Develop and manage commercial tools and systems for pricing and margin (e.g., quotations, bids, tenders)
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency through process and technology enhancements
- Build a culture of transparency and high-quality performance management
- Provide strategic counsel to senior stakeholders on pricing and margin optimisation
Requirements
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Financial Economics, or Econometrics
- Considerable experience in pricing and margin optimisation within a relevant business context
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with proficiency in pricing tools and processes
- Proven leadership experience, including managing senior stakeholders and building high-performing teams
- Ability to influence and communicate complex ideas effectively across diverse audiences
- Strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset
- Experience in international, matrixed organizations and cross-cultural collaboration
- A track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic execution
