About the role
- Senior Data Analyst responsible for transparency and insights across all business areas at Rosental. Developing dashboards and establishing KPI frameworks to drive data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be the driving force behind Rosental's data-driven growth.
- You create transparency across all business areas and build the company's Data & Insights nervous system.
- Develop compelling dashboards and visualizations for all business areas.
- Establish a unified KPI framework across all business units.
- Deliver business insights and actionable recommendations in close collaboration with Brand, D2C, and Retail leads.
- Support forecasting and performance management with consistent, up-to-date, decision-ready data.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Analytics Engineering.
- Proficient with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of KPIs and business context.
- Strong SQL skills and routine use of databases, Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proven experience building or scaling reporting and KPI structures.
- Clear, audience-appropriate communication of insights — from functional teams to founder-level stakeholders.
- Ownership of data quality, processes, and outcomes.
- Strong growth mindset.
