About the role

  • Analyzes, designs, and modifies software enhancements for Rockwell Automation's applications. Collaborates with Org Admins to support Agile project management tools and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Support Org Admins in their adoption and day-to-day use of Agile project management tools.
  • Assist with configuration changes and user troubleshooting in Jira and Jira Align.
  • Partner with Org Admins to ensure consistent application of Agile methodologies across teams.
  • Maintain and share guidance, best practices, and training resources for tool usage.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Tooling team to represent Org Admin needs and feedback.
  • Monitor and report on tool performance and license utilization across supported orgs.
  • Provide updates and guidance to Org Admins on vendor-driven tool changes and enhancements.
  • Support Confluence as a collaboration platform, including content organization and usage best practices.
  • Assist in maintaining Project Management SharePoint content and documentation relevant to Org Admin support.
  • Act as a liaison between Org Admins and technical teams managing integrations or tool customizations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another technical field.
  • Software-related field preferred.
  • Ability and wiliness to travel internationally 1-2 weeks per visit.
  • 7+ years of experience in maintenance of software development ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with Rockwell Automation controllers and software tools.
  • A strong service-oriented mindset and desire to enable others' success.
  • Solid understanding of Agile project management principles and tools.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools including Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence (Cloud preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Jira Cloud Administration and familiarity with Atlassian APIs.
