About the role

Responsibilities
- You will be on-site at our client or in our Karlsruhe hub three days a week.
- The remaining time you can work flexibly, e.g., from home or from our office in Mannheim.
- You mostly work in agile project teams (Scrum or Kanban) together with other developers.
- You take responsibility for ensuring your code is clean, well-structured, readable, and documented.
- You follow best practices and the latest software development methods.
- When needed, you support team members with your experience and help them grow and develop through their tasks.
Requirements
- You are a developer by passion and started programming early.
- You have a degree or completed vocational training as an IT specialist (e.g., Fachinformatiker).
- Extensive experience in backend development with .NET (e.g., C# / .NET Core).
- Experience on the frontend side, ideally with Vue.js (other frameworks like Angular or React are a plus).
- DevOps knowledge, particularly working with AWS.
- Git and Jira are tools you use daily.
- You place a high value on Clean Code.
- German language skills at a minimum of C1 level.
