About the role

  • Data-driven Growth Marketing Manager leading AI-powered campaigns in fintech logistics. Overseeing events and demand generation to drive measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a data-driven growth engine in fintech logistics.
  • Own AI-powered campaigns, events, and demand gen.
  • From strategy to measurable impact, with an inclusive, hands-on team.
  • Build AI workflows across the marketing function: lead enrichment, personalization at scale, competitive monitoring, content production, and campaign analysis.
  • Own the full event lifecycle - identifying the right shows, booth strategy, pre-show outreach and engagement, on-site lead capture, and high-impact post-show nurture in partnership with Revenue Ops.
  • You own MQLs and marketing-sourced revenue.
  • Design and run multi-channel campaigns (email, webinars, outbound, partnerships) that generate a qualified pipeline.
  • Create landing pages, email sequences, case studies, and event collateral aligned to RoadSync’s value prop.
  • Generate actionable insights, A/B test relentlessly, run pipeline reviews, and maintain HubSpot data hygiene.
  • Manage budgets and optimize for cost-per-lead.

Requirements

  • You’ve built and scaled a B2B demand gen pipeline (SaaS/fintech preferred).
  • You can point to specific outcomes and results
  • You can demo AI workflows you’ve built that replaced, or 10x’d, manual processes
  • You’ve executed trade shows and events as a primary lead gen channel and can speak to ROI
  • Hands-on HubSpot: automation, workflows, lead scoring, reporting
  • Strong writer - cold emails that get replies, landing pages that convert, and being the human-in-the-loop to ensure copy/content for campaigns speaks to our customers and prospects in their voice
