About the role

Online instructor for IT project management at Syntax Institut, a fast-growing EdTech company. Responsible for teaching, material development, and participant support in a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver courses: You conduct daily online teaching (e-lectures, live demonstrations) in the mornings and support participants during self-study, practical assignments, intensive study groups, and office hours (assisted by a Teaching Assistant).
Develop and improve teaching materials: You create practice-oriented learning materials in close collaboration with our product team.
You are also responsible for the subject-matter and didactic quality of the entire module and for continuously improving and updating the course content and self-study assignments.
Participant support and course management: You actively support participants to successfully complete the module, coordinate assignment handling as well as their assessment and reporting. You will be actively involved in daily participant support, develop targeted initiatives for lower-performing learners, and work closely with our Student Success Team.

Extensive teaching and IT expertise: Several years of experience in IT project management.
Training experience: You have already gained initial experience as a trainer or ideally hold a certified trainer qualification (Ausbilderschein).
Certifications (preferred): Ideally you hold Prince2 Foundation certification and/or certification as a Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner.
Enthusiasm for digitalization: Affinity for online teaching / e-learning and web-based learning platforms.
Charisma: Fluent German and a confident presence to deliver the course in German.
Ease in communication: You enjoy sharing your knowledge and explaining complex topics in simple terms.
