Responsibilities
- User & Access Management – Create/manage user accounts, assign permissions, and remove access
- Devices & Hardware – Configure laptops/desktops, install/update software, track IT assets
- Cybersecurity – Manage firewall/security tools, antivirus, phishing protection, and password policies
- Data Management & Backup – Administer SharePoint sites, manage OneDrive/SharePoint backups, recovery, and secure file sharing
- Software & Licensing – Manage software subscriptions, license tracking, and usage optimization
- Email & Communication – Setup, troubleshoot, and manage email systems and archiving
- IT Support – Support onboarding of new staff and troubleshoot day-to-day user issues
- Vendor Management – Coordinate with IT vendors and software providers
- Compliance & Documentation – Maintain IT policies, procedures, and user documentation
- SharePoint Intranet – Maintain and update internal company intranet portal
- Corporate Website & Social Media – Maintain and update company website and social media platforms
- Cloud Deployment – Manage AWS environments including Lightsail and EC2 instances
- Automation – Develop and maintain workflows using n8n and manage hosted instances on AWS
- Client Project Support – Database Development and Project Performance Dashboards

Requirements
- 3–7 years of relevant IT administration experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange)
- Working knowledge of AWS cloud services (EC2, Lightsail)
- Experience with cybersecurity tools and best practices
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing software licensing and subscriptions
- Familiarity with automation tools (n8n or similar) preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical users
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to develop custom database application and Power BI/Other Dashboards
