About the role

  • Director managing Business Performance Improvement services, focusing on M&A Carve-Out & Divestiture at Riveron. Collaborating with various teams to improve operational and financial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients and develop solutions to a variety of problems related to people, process, and technology optimization.
  • Manage rapid diagnostics to identify opportunities for operational transformation.
  • Develop and execute transformation plans tied to EBITDA targets.
  • Lead buy-side and sell-side carve-out projects.
  • Oversee post-acquisition carve-out implementation.
  • Ensure operational due diligence findings are realized.
  • Drive 100-day planning processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience in consulting/advisory role supporting integration, separation, and / or stand-up initiatives.
  • Knowledge of and experience with change management and organizational communication principles.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of operations and required KPIs, balanced scorecarding.
  • Extensive experience delivering buy-side and sell-side carve-out services.
  • Deep understanding of the private equity lifecycle.
