Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
- 10+ years in HR controlling, FP&A or financial controlling
- Solid knowledge of HR processes, costs and metrics
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI, SAP, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus
- Fluent English; confident in day-to-day collaboration as well as occasional presentations to senior stakeholders
