Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Proven experience in regional management or territory coordination.
- Experience with financial products and services (credit cards, insurance, payroll-deductible loans or other credit products).
- Experience managing performance indicators (KPIs), targets and action plans.
- Availability for travel and geographic mobility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel (data and KPI analysis), Power BI and PowerPoint (executive presentations).
- Analytical and strategic profile with strong leadership and influencing skills.
