Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed)
Proven experience in regional management or territory coordination.
Experience with financial products and services (credit cards, insurance, payroll-deductible loans or other credit products).
Experience managing performance indicators (KPIs), targets and action plans.
Availability for travel and geographic mobility.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel (data and KPI analysis), Power BI and PowerPoint (executive presentations).
Analytical and strategic profile with strong leadership and influencing skills.
