Responsibilities
- Monitor, structure and analyze stores' operational results (revenue, expenses, productivity and KPIs);
- Perform advanced analyses, identify root causes of variances, propose action plans and monitor their execution;
- Develop and refine analytical models, dashboards and routines for monitoring operational performance;
- Ensure governance of metrics, data integrity and consistency of analyses;
- Manage a team, setting priorities, ensuring delivery quality and standardizing processes;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Product, HR, etc.), engage with stakeholders and participate in strategic decisions;
- Conduct special analyses, simulations, impact studies and problem investigations;
- Translate data into technical recommendations and strategic guidance for leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or related fields;
- Previous experience in planning, finance, operations, store performance or similar areas;
- Strong data analysis skills and advanced Excel (modeling, scenario analysis, KPIs);
- Analytical, structured and investigative profile with the ability to handle complex problems;
- Strong communication skills and ease in engaging in strategic discussions with stakeholders at different levels;
- Maturity to work with P&L, result drivers and operational levers;
- Availability for hybrid work, with presence 2 to 3 times per week at the headquarters (Butantã – São Paulo)
