About the role

QA Automation Engineer validating quality of Rezolve's AI-driven product services. Focus on AI-based testing methodologies to ensure product excellence and high standards.

Responsibilities

Analyse functional requirements and acceptance criteria to derive testing strategies, create test cases and plans, and validate the quality of large-scale SaaS solutions across search, faceted navigation, and merchandising
Build, maintain, and expand automation test frameworks for moderately complex product areas, with a strong focus on AI-powered tools and automated test generation
Apply a broad range of testing methodologies including functional, performance, load, stress, regression, smoke/sanity, and static analysis, using modern technologies to identify risk areas before they reach production
Leverage AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, or Cursor to accelerate test script authoring and refactoring, and utilise AI agents or QA tools to streamline end-to-end testing - both considered a significant advantage
Understand end-user requirements and translate them into effective automated test plans aligned with roadmap projects and business objectives
Proactively mentor and support junior QA team members, contributing to knowledge-sharing sessions and fostering a collaborative team environment
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with business roadmaps, managing work with minimal supervision and keeping stakeholders consistently informed
Demonstrate a professional approach to work with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong sense of ownership over progress and capacity reporting.

3+ years of experience in software automation testing with a solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Strong Java programming skills with hands-on experience in Linux/Unix environments
Proven experience with test automation tools and frameworks including Selenium/WebDriver, JGiven, Cucumber, Robot Framework, Rest Assured, or equivalent
Demonstrated track record in REST API testing and managing CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions and Jenkins
A self-starter with the ability to investigate and resolve most testing issues independently, with minimal supervision
High attention to detail with the ability to identify edge cases and nuances that automated or AI-driven tools may overlook
Resilient and adaptable, comfortable pivoting as both the product and AI capabilities continue to evolve
A curious, growth-oriented mindset with a drive to explore and implement emerging AI technologies within the QA space, paired with strong professional communication skills.
