- Build and deliver production ready features and improvements within your product stream
- Leverage AI agents as part of your development workflow
- Design scalable, secure and high performing systems
- Apply best practices including test driven development, documentation, peer reviews and performance optimisation
- Review AI generated code to ensure alignment with architecture, security and quality standards
- Explore and document different approaches to complex problems and validate solutions through prototypes
- Partner with Product, Design and Delivery teams to deliver strong outcomes
- Contribute to technical direction and architectural decisions
- Communicate progress, risks and trade offs clearly and early
- Share your work through demos, showcases or knowledge sharing
- Support adoption of new technologies and AI practices across the team
Requirements
- Strong experience in software engineering within a SaaS or product led environment
- Experience with Laravel or PHP, React or TypeScript or similar frameworks
- Experience with SQL databases such as MySQL, Postgres or SQL Server
- Familiarity with Docker and Git
- Experience working in Agile environments with end to end ownership
- Exposure to or strong interest in AI driven development workflows
- Ability to contribute to technical decision making and architecture
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
