Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or mathematics
15+ years of varied technical experience, with a track record of guiding cross-functional teams and delivering major technology programs
10-15 years of technical hands-on, management, leadership and mentorship experience
8-10 years of proven experience leading enterprise technology strategy or architecture in a complex environment
10-15 years of leading the design and evaluation of scalable solutions across ERP, CRM, integration, data, cloud, and automation platforms
8-10 years of strong understanding of modern technology trends, cloud platforms, integration patterns, ERP systems, and enterprise solution design
8+ years of experience in cloud transformation, data architectures, ERP programs, AI/ML initiatives, automation (Power Automate) and large-scale platform integrations
