Responsibilities
- Coordinate monthly closings and prepare consolidated financial statements
- Ensure the integrity of financial data (reconciliations, variance analysis, performance monitoring)
- Provide relevant financial analysis to management and business units
- Participate in audits, budgeting, forecasting and transformation projects
- Implement and improve accounting processes, policies and internal controls
- Lead the financial integration of acquisitions
- Supervise, coach and develop the accounting team
- Participate in performance evaluations and salary reviews
- Plan and prioritize the team’s work to meet deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- CPA designation (required)
- Strong proficiency with financial systems
- Solid expertise in financial accounting, consolidation and treasury
- Strong analytical skills and sound professional judgment
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate and mobilize a team
