Responsibilities

Support compliance efforts by ensuring documentation accuracy.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance industry
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Bilingual (English/French) to support underwriters and brokers across Canada, both written and spoken
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively
Adaptability and a proactive approach
Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility
