Responsibilities
Technical sales of plastic piping systems within the Bavaria sales territory
Primary technical and commercial consultation for building authorities, municipalities and specialist planners (engineering and architectural firms)
Subsequent support and advisory services for building materials distributors and construction companies in collaboration with regional field sales colleagues
Support in planning and supervision of construction projects, especially in the technical context of rainwater management for infrastructure topics
Development of the sales territory through account management of existing customers and acquisition of new customers
Organization and delivery of technical trainings as well as company and product presentations of the rainwater management product portfolio
Participation in trade shows and customer events together with commercial and technical field sales colleagues
Requirements
Completed technical or commercial vocational training, degree in civil engineering, certified technician or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in civil/infrastructure construction, ideally in pipeline systems, sewer construction, road construction or drainage
Sales experience and previous field sales work desirable
Willingness to travel within the regional sales territory of Bavaria
Strong project- and customer-orientation and entrepreneurial mindset
Team player with organizational talent and strong communication skills
Loyalty, reliability, initiative and a structured way of working
Confident use of Office and CRM tools; ERP experience desirable
Native-level German
Conversational English desirable
