Responsibilities
Field sales specialist for business and key accounts in the civil engineering trade, including proactive sales activities and management of supplier relationships, purchasing and price negotiations for both warehouse and project/site business
Project-related quote costing, follow-up and active order securing
Collaboration with site management / regional sales management and central purchasing for the strategic realignment of the civil engineering division in the Southern sales region
Continued management of existing customer relationships and development of new customer and industry relationships in the newly formed sales region (together with the civil engineering team from internal sales and quotation processing)
Participation in the planning and implementation of sales and marketing strategies as well as organization and execution of marketing, training and technical events
Contribution to assortment and sales strategy in the sales region while simultaneously monitoring inventory levels and ensuring efficient stock management (regional central warehouse) in coordination with purchasing
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial or technical training in the construction or trade sector, or equivalent qualifications
Professional experience in the sale of construction materials for civil engineering (sewer and road construction), preferably from project- or site-based business
Ability to work independently and to motivate a team within the construction trade
Strong customer orientation, assertiveness and teamwork skills
Result- and goal-oriented mindset in commercial sales
Confident use of ERP systems and Office tools; willingness to travel regionally — either in the Upper Bavaria area or in the Franconia region (multiple options)
Native-level German language skills
