Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, or a related field
- 10-15+ years of experience in P&C insurance, including workers' comp
- 10-15+ years of experience leading a business unit with full P&L responsibility within the insurance industry
- Significant client relationship management and/or sales experience
