About the role

  • Leading Process Excellence in Sales- & Operationsplanning for RENK Group's industrial solutions. Focused on efficient and customer-oriented S&OP processes with interdepartmental collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing efficient S&OP processes
  • Developing and implementing processes at primary and secondary demand levels
  • Operationalizing dynamic inventory management
  • Evaluating and introducing modern planning and analytics tools
  • Cross-functional integration of Sales, Purchasing, Logistics and Production
  • Initiating and leading projects to optimize processes
  • Leading and motivating interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in industrial S&OP management
  • Solid industry knowledge of the metalworking sector
  • Strong leadership and change-management capabilities
  • Analytical skills and a disruptive drive to develop innovative solutions
  • High level of initiative and responsibility
  • Strong understanding of business processes
  • Fluent in German and English
