About the role
- Process Analyst optimizing Supply Chain processes and SQL queries for the military vehicle industry. Collaborating to improve data efficiency and strategic decision-making for RENK Group.
Responsibilities
- Process optimization in our Source-to-Pay solution: You analyze, adapt, and configure purchasing and supply chain processes within the system to continuously improve the efficiency of our operations.
- SQL programming: You develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis in Ivalua and other systems to enable informed decision-making.
- Data analysis and dashboard creation: You design meaningful dashboards and KPIs in Power BI and analyze procurement and supply chain data to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- SAP data expertise: You work with SAP tables (e.g., MM, SD, FI) to analyze data and support process integration and optimization.
- Analytical drive: With your strong numerical understanding you make a significant contribution to process optimization and produce precise analyses and reports that serve as the basis for strategic decisions.
Requirements
- You have a successfully completed degree in a technical field or in business administration.
- You have experience with Power BI and SQL programming, Source-to-Pay software solutions (Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua), and project management.
- You have a strong understanding of supply chain management and procurement processes.
- You are familiar with stakeholder management and providing technical consulting.
- You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- You are distinguished by strong communication and documentation skills as well as analytical competence.
- Your working style is characterized by a focus on process optimization and efficiency improvement.
- You have project management experience and strong teamwork skills.
