Enterprise Account Executive responsible for driving sales directly and indirectly to Enterprise customers. Engage in complex sales processes while collaborating with partners and internal teams.
Responsibilities
Responsible for driving direct sales or co-selling with our partners to enterprise customers
Identify customers' business needs and demonstrate how our solution can help
Navigate customers' organizations to find champions and influence budget holders
Understand the competitive landscape and effectively position our unique selling points
Guide customers through procurement, security, and legal processes until deal closure
Achieve sales targets and report on forecasts and KPIs
Collaborate with the entire sales team to share successful strategies and support each other
Requirements
Self-starter with a true hunter mentality
Creative and comfortable navigating ambiguous situations
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively in team settings
Fluent written and spoken German and English; additional languages are a plus
Willingness to travel
Proven track record of enterprise software sales across multiple verticals
Successful experience in SaaS sales
Experience with the Microsoft 365 (M365) ecosystem is a plus
Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all organizational levels
Strong work ethic, a drive to exceed targets, and the ability to build efficient, long-lasting processes
Strong sales acumen with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota
