About the role

  • Enterprise Account Executive responsible for driving sales directly and indirectly to Enterprise customers. Engage in complex sales processes while collaborating with partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving direct sales or co-selling with our partners to enterprise customers
  • Identify customers' business needs and demonstrate how our solution can help
  • Navigate customers' organizations to find champions and influence budget holders
  • Understand the competitive landscape and effectively position our unique selling points
  • Guide customers through procurement, security, and legal processes until deal closure
  • Achieve sales targets and report on forecasts and KPIs
  • Collaborate with the entire sales team to share successful strategies and support each other

Requirements

  • Self-starter with a true hunter mentality
  • Creative and comfortable navigating ambiguous situations
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively in team settings
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proven track record of enterprise software sales across multiple verticals
  • Successful experience in SaaS sales
  • Experience with the Microsoft 365 (M365) ecosystem is a plus
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all organizational levels
  • Strong work ethic, a drive to exceed targets, and the ability to build efficient, long-lasting processes
  • Strong sales acumen with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota
