Responsibilities
Driving international exhibitor, sponsorship, and digital sales revenue across assigned regions and event portfolios
Developing and executing international sales strategies aligned with individual event goals and overall RX Global objectives
Managing and growing relationships with international exhibitors, agents, and key accounts
Identifying new business opportunities and emerging markets to expand international participation
Collaborating with marketing and operations teams to support international customer acquisition and retention
Negotiating contracts, pricing, and space allocations in line with RX policies and revenue targets
Accurately forecasting sales performance and maintain pipeline activity within CRM systems
Representing RX Global at international trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events
Providing market insights and customer feedback to inform event strategy, product development, and pricing
Ensuring compliance with international contracts, data policies, and trade regulations
Requirements
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Have proven experience in international sales, ideally within exhibitions, events, media, or B2B environments
Demonstrate deep understanding of exhibitor, sponsorship, and partnership sales models
Have proven record of success managing international accounts and distributor/agent relationships
Demonstrate excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Be comfortable working across cultures, regions, and time zones
Have a data-driven approach with experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
