Responsibilities
Own all global engineering recruitment end-to-end
Redesign and continuously improve our technical interview process globally
Partner closely with founders, engineering leadership and engineers across regions to deeply understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Build global technical market maps and proactively engage high-quality engineering talent across multiple geographies
Ensure hiring decisions are evidence-based, structured, and aligned to our performance and levelling frameworks
Raise the bar on hiring quality while balancing speed, scale, and candidate experience
Requirements
3+ years experience in technical recruitment, with engineering hiring as your core focus
Proven experience hiring engineers in a startup or scale-up environment
Strong understanding of technical roles across engineering
Experience designing or significantly improving technical interview processes
Highly organised, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple complex roles at once
Confident stakeholder partner who can challenge, advise, and influence senior leaders
Previous global or multi-region hiring experience is highly regarded
