About the role

Responsibilities

  • Customer advisor in the energy sector
  • Provide support to customers by phone and in writing
  • Respond to service inquiries about tariffs, products and services
  • Maintain customer data in the systems
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and advisory services

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken German
  • Confident user of common PC applications
  • Enjoy advising people and resolving customer concerns
  • Work in a structured way, communicate clearly and think solutions-oriented
  • Affinity for customers and the energy sector
  • Able to work independently and conscientiously
