About the role
- Lead IAM initiatives ensuring security and compliance in identity management. Collaborate across technology and business areas integrating solutions and ensuring operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor implementation and enhancement initiatives for the One Identity Manager (IGA) solution, and maintain knowledge of market-leading identity protection solutions.
- Define policies, processes, and controls for identity lifecycle management, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and periodic access reviews.
- Ensure integration of the IGA solution with corporate systems (ERP, CRM, Active Directory, critical applications).
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimize identity and access processes.
- Manage relationships with One Identity and implementation partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree or certifications in Information Security / IAM.
- Proven experience implementing One Identity IGA (Identity Manager, One Identity Manager, etc.).
- Knowledge of IAM, PAM, RBAC, ABAC, and identity governance concepts.
- Experience integrating directories (Active Directory, LDAP) and corporate systems.
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
- Advanced English is a plus.
