Responsibilities
- Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung moderner IT-Systemlandschaften
- Installation, Konfiguration und Administration von Microsoft-Umgebungen (Server, Clients, M365, Active Directory, Exchange, etc.)
- Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen – eigenständig und im Team
- Sicherstellen stabiler IT-Services durch Monitoring, Troubleshooting und Optimierungen
- Lifecycle-Management bestehender Infrastrukturen sowie Mitgestaltung neuer Lösungen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule, HTL oder vergleichbar)
- Mehrjährige Praxis in IT-Betrieb, Administration oder Support
- Tiefgehendes Know-how in Microsoft-Technologien: Windows Server & Client, Active Directory / Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint
- Routine in Installation, Konfiguration & Administration – du kennst die Systeme nicht nur, du beherrschst sie
- Lösungsorientierung & Eigeninitiative – du packst an und bringst Dinge zum Abschluss
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Austausch im Team
