About the role

  • Records & Information Management Consultant improving information governance and data management outcomes. Delivering end-to-end implementations across multiple customer environments of the RecordPoint platform.

Responsibilities

  • As a Records & Information Management (RIM) Consultant, you will deliver end-to-end implementations of the RecordPoint platform across multiple customer environments.
  • This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you will take ownership of improving information governance, compliance, and data management outcomes.
  • You will partner closely with customers to understand their needs, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful adoption of the platform.
  • Operating within a fast-paced consulting environment, you will manage multiple concurrent projects while working across diverse industries and use cases.
  • This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in ownership-driven environments and is motivated to leave systems, processes, and customers better than they found them.

Requirements

  • Experience or certification in Records Management, Information Governance, Business Information Systems, or Data/Cyber Security
  • 3+ years of experience implementing SharePoint and/or ECM/EDRMS solutions
  • Experience in a client-facing consulting role or strong customer-facing background
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and solution design capabilities
  • Australian Citizenship required
