About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and supervise the company’s general accounting activities
  • Take responsibility for accounting entries and records
  • Prepare and format closings, statement schedules and periodic reports
  • Oversee analysis and reconciliation of accounting accounts
  • Advise administrative areas on changes to legislation or internal procedures
  • Prepare and submit statutory accounting filings
  • Prepare monthly trial balances
  • Support External/Internal Audit visits

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting with active CRC registration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of SAP is desirable
  • Experience in team coordination/people management is a plus
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (2x per week) at our office on Av. Raposo Tavares, São Paulo
  • Advanced English is desirable
