About the role
- IT Specialist managing and developing IT infrastructure for multinational pharmaceutical company Recipharm. Responsibilities include support for IT systems, projects, and maintaining data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Betrieb und Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Netzwerke, Speicher, Kommunikation) gemäß Unternehmens- und Industriestandards
- Betreuung von virtuellen Serverumgebungen (VMware / Hyper-V) sowie Azure-Cloud- und On-Premise-Systemen
- Verwaltung von Backup- und Restore-Prozessen (z. B. Veeam) zur Sicherstellung von Datenintegrität und Business Continuity
- 2nd-Level-Support für Infrastrukturkomponenten sowie 1st-Level-Support bei Hardware-/Software-Themen für Endanwender
- Mitwirkung bei IT-Projekten auf lokaler, nationaler und internationaler Ebene
- Überwachung der Systemperformance und IT-Sicherheit, inkl. Eskalation von Störungen
- Pflege der IT-Dokumentation und Asset-Inventare gemäß GMP und interner IT-Richtlinien
- Zusammenarbeit mit der globalen IT-Organisation & Einhaltung internationaler IT-Standards
- Teilnahme an Audits sowie Unterstützung bei Validierungen gemäß GAMP 5
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder Bachelorstudium in Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in IT-Infrastruktur, Systemadministration oder Support
- Erfahrung mit: Microsoft Server- und Clientbetriebssystemen
- VMware / Hyper-V
- Backup-Tools (z. B. Veeam)
- Netzwerkkomponenten (Cisco, Meraki) und Firewalls (Palo Alto)
- Cloud-Technologien (vorzugsweise Azure)
- Kenntnisse der ITIL-Grundprinzipien und IT-Sicherheitsstandards
- Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Serviceorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch
