Responsibilities
- Accompany technical assessments, inspections and HSE audits at restaurants.
- Analyze HSE indicators and propose actions for continuous improvement.
- Support HSE campaigns and events (SIPAT, Abril Verde, Maio Amarelo, etc.).
- Evaluate fire prevention projects and request materials/equipment when necessary.
- Prepare technical reports and procedures for accident prevention.
- Ensure training and renewal (recertification) of fire brigades.
- Prepare presentations and lead monthly meetings with HSE indicators.
- Promote an HSE culture among leadership and operations.
- Implement and renew CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) mandates, ensuring legal compliance.
- Liaise with environmental authorities and manage notifications and permits.
Requirements
- Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety (Safety Technician qualification).
- Registration as a Safety Technician with the Ministry of Labor.
- Civil Firefighter training/certification (preferred).
- Experience in accident analysis and investigation.
- Knowledge of labor and social security legislation and of Regulatory Standards (NRs).
- Experience in fire prevention and firefighting (emergency brigade).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
