About the role

  • Graphic Designer at RebelDot, creating visual assets for client-facing and employer branding. Collaborating across teams to convey complex information through clear design.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining consistent visual systems and templates for the website, presentations, one-pagers, and sales collateral.
  • Designing client-facing decks, proposals, and case study materials that clearly communicate our work and value.
  • Transforming written case studies and stories into compelling visual formats (PDFs, infographics, slide decks, social carousels).
  • Designing campaign and social assets across digital channels, including static visuals and simple motion or image sequences.
  • Developing visual marketing assets for web pages (hero visuals, sections, and layouts) that support clear messaging and a smooth user experience.
  • Laying out and designing long-form content such as reports, guides, and summaries in a way that is easy to read and visually cohesive.
  • Creating marketing materials for both online and offline initiatives, including webinar and event slides, roll-ups, brochures, and on-screen graphics.
  • Providing light video and motion support (basic edits, cuts, overlays, short loops) for case study highlights, event recaps, and social snippets.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B or tech or services environments.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing decks, campaigns, reports, and visual storytelling projects (PDF or online link).
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.
  • Experience adapting a visual identity across multiple formats and channels.
  • Comfort working with multiple stakeholders (Branding, Sales, People, Tech) and handling several projects in parallel.
  • Attention to detail, a structured way of working, and the ability to stay on brief while adding creative value.
  • Basic video editing skills (Premiere, After Effects, or similar) are a plus.
