About the role

  • Managing portfolio strategy and partnerships for Royal Caribbean Group. Overseeing contracts and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Serving as a member of the Portfolio Leadership Team
  • As part of the Team, developing jointly strategic department goals
  • Function as an in-house process and team collaboration drive e.g. with corporate strategy, legal, finance, and brand
  • Support in preparing, negotiating and executing contracts
  • Contract lifecycle management in collaboration with legal
  • Supporting Portfolio Risk Management including monitoring yard health and related mitigations
  • Acts as the liaison for collecting and sharing requested information between parties
  • Communicating with stakeholders to ensure they are up to speed with contract lifecycle milestones and deliverables
  • Developing Business Intelligence reports including e.g. industry landscape, shipyard slots, and forward looking understanding on cost level development
  • Planning, tracking and reporting related to portfolio management
  • Recommend policies and best practices to support portfolio management

Requirements

  • Master of Science degree in relevant field
  • Over 5 years relevant experience
  • Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills required
  • Advance Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of strategy related processes strongly preferred
  • Networking and partnership strategy experience and skills
  • Knowledge of shipbuilding contracting processes and principles
