Responsibilities
Serving as a member of the Portfolio Leadership Team
As part of the Team, developing jointly strategic department goals
Function as an in-house process and team collaboration drive e.g. with corporate strategy, legal, finance, and brand
Support in preparing, negotiating and executing contracts
Contract lifecycle management in collaboration with legal
Supporting Portfolio Risk Management including monitoring yard health and related mitigations
Acts as the liaison for collecting and sharing requested information between parties
Communicating with stakeholders to ensure they are up to speed with contract lifecycle milestones and deliverables
Developing Business Intelligence reports including e.g. industry landscape, shipyard slots, and forward looking understanding on cost level development
Planning, tracking and reporting related to portfolio management
Recommend policies and best practices to support portfolio management
Requirements
Master of Science degree in relevant field
Over 5 years relevant experience
Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills required
Advance Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project strongly preferred
Knowledge of strategy related processes strongly preferred
Networking and partnership strategy experience and skills
Knowledge of shipbuilding contracting processes and principles
