Responsibilities
Prepare periodic accounts, presentations, and analytical reports for WM Committees and RBC Head Office, including variance analysis and commentary to drive informed decision-making.
Conduct cost analysis, monitoring, and control, while proactively identifying and promoting cost-saving initiatives to optimize financial performance.
Own the Net Interest Income (NII) revenue reporting process and coordinate with Business leaders.
Assist in managing indirect expense allocations and reconcile headcount reports to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs.
Lead the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for Global Asset Management (GAM), collaborating closely with business and functional managers.
Provide dedicated support to the Regional CFO, COO, CEO, Operating Committee (OC), and business heads, ensuring financial strategies align with operational goals.
Maintain standardized, centralized processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of management reporting.
Actively contribute to projects, process enhancements, and change initiatives, fostering innovation and collaboration across the network.
Address additional tasks as needed to support the team’s dynamic priorities.
