- Conocer y aplicar la normativa de alimentación humana (especialmente aditivos, ingredientes alimentarios y complementos alimenticios) en los productos comercializados por la compañía.
- Realización y revisión de documentación técnica (cuestionarios y preguntas de clientes, homologación de producto, etiquetas…)
- Mantenimiento de la base de datos interna.
- Comunicación con clientes, proveedores, con las divisiones comerciales y otros departamentos del grupo.
Requirements
- Formación universitaria en química o tecnología de los alimentos.
- Experiencia mínima de 2-3 años en entorno regulatorio
- Paquete Office 365, en especial Excel nivel intermedio
- Inglés nivel B2-C1
- Deseable experiencia en el uso de SAP
- Se valorará conocimiento en Food Fraud, Productos Ecológicos, productos Halal y APPCC.
