Responsibilities
Maintain general ledger and subsidiary ledgers
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements under HGB and IFRS
Perform intercompany reconciliations
Prepare for and support external audits by auditors
Ensure compliance with tax regulations in coordination with tax advisors
Contribute to the development of planning and control metrics and an internal control system
Serve as the professional point of contact for employees, group companies and the parent company
Requirements
Degree in business administration (Bachelor) or certified Financial Accountant (IHK)
3 years of professional experience in accounting in an industrial company or as an audit assistant in public accounting
Good knowledge of HGB and basic knowledge of IFRS
Independent and reliable working style
Excellent German and good English skills
Confident user of common Microsoft Office applications
